your R&D effectiveness?

McGrath, one of the most influential experts in product
development and author of the
newly-released
book,
Next Generation Product Development – How to Increase Productivity,
Cut Costs, and Reduce Cycle Times.
This 90-minute
session (60 minute presentation with roughly 30 minutes Q&A woven
throughout), will offer an overview of the advanced practices of
development-productivity-based competition.
The premise is that
by being among the first to adopt these principles, your company
will be able to:
-
Bring more
products to market than the competition
-
Profitably
develop products that are too
expensive or not financially viable for competitors
-
Make R&D efforts
more highly responsive to market opportunities
-
Do all of this
while being more profitable and spending less on R&D
In this interactive,
impartial session, you will hear McGrath's recommended approaches
for managing resources and capacity far more efficiently.
Overall it is an
excellent opportunity to listen with others from your
organization. Not only will you learn what the book covers, you'll
get answers to your specific questions. McGrath's latest principles
are likely to have impact similar to that of PACE® in the
1990's. You owe it to yourself to find out more.
