Why does the
event location say "Your Office"?
Unlike a physical workshop or
conference, no travel is required to participate in an
MRT AudioSession. All that is required is a touch-tone
telephone (preferably w/speakerphone so others can join
you), and either a computer to display the accompanying
slides, or a hardcopy printout, or both.
What
time zone will the session be held in?
All MRT AudioSessions
will take place at the published time coordinates in the
EAST COAST TIME ZONE of the UNITED STATES.
This will either be EST or EDT depending on the time of
year. If you are unsure how to convert US East Coast
time to your local time, please refer to
this time conversion website.
What does the
fee cover?
The AudioSession fee
covers a single phone connection to you, plus all
materials (slides, documents, etc.). Occasionally,
some sessions will also include a complimentary book.
Please note, you may
have as many people join you on the call as you wish at
no additional charge, but you must gather your
group together to listen from one phone or have your own
ability to distribute the call internally.
You are allowed to
share, copy and distribute all materials, slide
presentations, etc, with everyone who participates,
except where special copyright restrictions are noted.
What if my company has people from different
locations who want to participate?
The fee covers
a single phone line. Each separate phone
connection, even if within the same facility or
building, is an additional fee. You may, however,
have as many people participate as you want, if they can
all gather around the same phone.
What if I can't make the call, can I
purchase a recording or transcript?
Transcripts are
available from most of our sessions by subscribing to
FastTrack. Click
here to see the list of available material. Sorry,
but CDs or cassettes of the audio portion of the call
are not currently for sale.
What type of format is the AudioSession?
MRT AudioSessions are
live audioconferences delivered via
telephone.
Most
sessions last 90-minutes and are composed of part
presentation and part interactive Q&A. You will be able
to ask questions of the expert speaker(s) during the
call, in real-time.
Unless otherwise
noted, you will be sent a copy of the slide presentation
or other accompanying material in advance of the session
via email. Please remember to distribute these documents
to everyone participating from your site.
When should I
expect to receive the audio session materials?
Once registered, you
will receive a series of emails from us, these may
include, but are not limited to:

Confirmation of your registration

Receipt for charges (may come w/confirmation)

AudioSession Agenda and Slide Presentation
(these will come either as attachments or with a
link for downloading from the web, depending on file
sizes) - will come
approximately 3-7 days prior to the session

Call-in instructions, including dial-in #s
and event codes (if necessary) -
will come approximately 1-7
days prior to the session
We
usually email the audiosession dial-in
number along with the slides at least one (1) day before
the audio session. If the audio session falls on a
Monday you would receive your email the previous Friday,
if not sooner.
To
avoid complications with receiving these materials,
always make sure you provide a valid and correctly typed
email address with your registration.
What
should I do if I don't receive the materials?
If you have not received the audiosession
materials and dial-in instructions prior to the morning
of the day the call is scheduled,
call the MRT Offices immediately at
1-800-338-2223 or 781-891-8080. We will do
our best to email you the information ASAP. Please try
to call at least one hour prior to the session.
When will you send me the session transcript
and free book?
A complete transcript
of each audiosession will be sent to participants within
14 days after the session. If your session included a
complimentary book, it will be sent within the same
timeframe.
What if I
am unsatisfied with the AudioSession?
Your satisfaction is
100% guaranteed – money-back or credit. If you’re
not satisfied with the quality of any audiosession
program, let us know in writing and we’ll refund your
registration fee or apply the fee to any future
registration with us.
