General Dates

Optional pre-conference workshops
are offered on

12:00 pm
(lunch will be provided for workshop participants immediately
following the workshops). The 2-day
conference will begin at
1:15pm on April 24,
continues at 8:00am on April 25 and will adjourn at
4:00pm on

Cancellations/Substitutions:
You may send a substitute attendee in
your place at any time with no penalty (please inform us in advance,
if possible). Cancellations made within 5 business days are subject
to a $200 administration fee or the full fee can be credited towards
a future purchase. No-shows are liable for the full fee.
